Meeting held at Tempe Papago Park.

Meeting called to order at 9:30 A.M.
Discussions’ relating to the timing of High School Cross Country meets continued. Price structures
and rental of additional chips are under consideration. The Arizona Interscholastic Association has
approached our organization asking for timing fees to time the State meet in November. In addition
the Mesa School District has asked for our services for two events in October. Steve is in contact
negotiations with both organizations. A motion was made, seconded, and passed to time these meets.

The City of Tempe approached our club in regards to renting timing equipment on 10/29/05 from the
hours of 7:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M.  The Board agreed to meet their desires if our asking price is
approved.

Lindsay volunteered to help try to enlist club members to volunteer. Steve will email a list of names
and contact information to Lindsay.
