I want to run the Ragnar del Sol in 2014. Did anyone here run the Ragnar before? How was it? Any recommendations from your perspective?

Summer Series


We’re expecting nearly 1300 runners on Saturday so please ARRIVE EARLY! The schedule is:

6:00-7:15 A.M. Registration and packet pick up.

7:15 AM Registration closes

7:30 A.M. Gun Time We will be using a wave start. The 1st group will be 6 minutes per mile. Then 10-15 seconds later the 7 minute group etc. Walkers will start last.

8:30 AM Awards Ceremony

Shirts are not included with your entry but you may purchase one for $20 at the race. Cash or check only.

Race Location: Papago Park, Ramada’s 9 & 10, 625 N Galvin Parkway, Phoenix, AZ 85008 https://maps.google.com/maps?…  The start area is located at Ramada 9 at Papago Park. Park in the Phoenix Zoo parking lot on the north side and walk toward the pond to find Ramada 9.

Strollers/Pets/Headphones: Jogging strollers are allowed on the course but for the safety of all runners, they must start at the very back of the line. Dogs are not permitted at ARR races either on or off the course. Headphones are allowed.

The age graded start race that normally took place at the first race of the series has been moved to the last race because of space constraints.
