Using the 0.5 mile distance as a base and time target, the event distance will increase over nine weeks. Results will be summarized based on your 0.5 mile pace.

It’s expected that you continue your usual training regimen, but target one day to complete the “focused run distance” of the week and report your time using the link that you receive weekly. Times must be reported by 10 p.m. AZ time each Sunday night.

The series is free and aimed at keeping you safely motivated, with an approach to work on your speed while training for the [eventual] ARR Summer Series.
